ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Solutions QA Engineer, you will ensure product quality by validating solutions through manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on Python-based automation and AI-driven testing approaches.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing software within Agile environments, while also supporting customer-facing activities such as CAT, Go-Live, demos, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate product features against performance, reliability, and security standards.

  • Perform functional and automated testing, manage defects, and contribute to test planning and review cycles.

  • Work effectively within Agile/Scrum methodologies, participating in sprint ceremonies and iterative delivery.

  • Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks using Python and tools such as Playwright.

  • Leverage AI-driven testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, TensorFlow, or similar) to optimize test design, improve defect detection, and enhance coverage.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective test cases and structured test plans.

  • Support customer-facing activities including CAT, Go-Live, product demos, and end-user training. Flexible to travel internationally for project delivery (30%).

  • Stay current with advancements in AI testing, multi-agent systems, and emerging validation tools.

ABOUT YOU

You are/have:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in QA and software testing.

  • You are proficient in Python programming.

  • You have hands-on experience with test automation using Playwright.

  • You have exposure to AI/ML applications in testing (e.g., automated test generation, defect prediction using tools like Amazon Q, Claude, or similar models).

  • You are familiar with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch) and QA AI Agents (e.g. PaperClip).

  • You have experience working with AI-powered IDEs such as PyCharm.

  • You have a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA processes.

  • You are comfortable using QA Test tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can manage multiple priorities with flexibility.

  • You are a collaborative team player with strong cross-functional communication skills.

  • You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or have equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing. ISTQB and AI Certification are a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of AI Powered Testing Tools and Methodologies.

  • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ADO).

  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Language Skills

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.

Work Environment

  • The employee works primarily in an office environment, within a well-ventilated area, and is exposed to moderate noise levels.

Work Requirements

  • Compliance with all relevant customer and Toppan Security policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, Environmental systems, and laws.

  • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required up to 30%. Therefore, employees must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport and associated visas if required.
