  • Technical aptitude – you are able to get your hands dirty with the product, learn the nuances of our platform and understand what drives the work of the Solutions Engineering team.
  • A curious mindset – as a natural innovator you have the desire to learn more about a market and customers and you are not afraid to push the envelope to build something others thought can’t be done.
  • Experience with Orgvue – you have experience using the Orgvue platform and can understand how solutions deliver value to customers and partners. You can articulate technical capabilities and translate them to user benefit and impact.
  • Experience of Product Discovery – You can evidence where you’ve applied different techniques and processes that help product teams, including product management, engineering and design, refine their ideas by deeply understanding real user problems and then seeking ways to solve them with a focus on great outcomes for the user.
