Solutions Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer to join our leading global technical operations team based in Dublin. In this unique role you’ll have the rare opportunity to work across a broad scope of responsibilities alongside an exceptional, industry leading team.  In this role you’ll take on complex projects end-to-end and use your experience to influence and navigate challenges along the way, positively impacting clients all over the world.

What You’ll Do:

• Be in charge of technical presales conversations with prospects or existing clients and partners in tandem with the sales and business development (BD) teams. 
• Lead the integration of the advanced IAS products in the tech stack of our clients and partners.
• Oversee and manage approximately 8-12 accounts total to provide technical support.
• Work independently on tasks and issues of a diverse scope.
• Ensure your response time falls within the scope of SLA, without your manager's intervention.
• Independently select the best methods and techniques to successfully complete tasks and develop solutions.
• Provide support where needed to junior members of the team

What You'll Need:

• Experience creating and executing valid SQL queries across internal data sources (logs, aggregated data…).
• Ability to work independently to execute various scripts (Python, PHP, bash…) and utilize Excel  to achieve specific purposes.
• Ability to read and write standard web languages (HTML, JavaScript and standard frameworks).
• Can independently learn & execute commands for internal & external APIs, given resources have been provided.
• Problem solving mindset, curious to explore problems fully leading to creative, high impact solutions 
• Desire and ability to work autonomously to achieve specific objectives; with a team player mentality seeking guidance and assistance when needed
