  • Support with RFPs, security questionnaires, and other customer queries during the deals.

  • Maintain accurate prospect data and POC statuses within Hubspot, our CRM.

You will work closely with:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a fast paced startup environment.

  • Passion for technology and ability to break down complex and technical subjects

  • Superior listening, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills

  • Strong time and project management skills, plus the ability to work autonomously

  • Energy, tenacity and persistence - you get the job done

  • Familiarity working with Hubspot, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, Seamless.ai, and other similar tools

  • Familiarity with NetBox, Network Engineering and/or Network Automation use cases (Python, Ansible, etc) and challenges

Our culture and values:
  • We own and solve problems with high attention to detail.

  • Our open source contributors, users, customers & team are all part of our community. When our community wins, we win.

  • We prioritize simplicity and think twice before adding complexity

  • Clear communication helps keep our team aligned and collaborating smoothly.
