About you:

You understand the challenges facing modern legal teams and how smart technology helps them work with confidence. You can explain the value of our solutions in a clear and engaging way, whether you’re meeting people in person or online. You enjoy getting to the heart of a customer’s needs and turning those conversations into practical, workable ideas. You’re comfortable talking about both business needs and technical details, and you know how to guide people through a solution that feels right for them. You build strong relationships across teams and you use your insight to support a smooth and successful sales process.
Day-to-day, you will:

• Translate customer needs into clear, practical system solutions.
• Prepare and configure tailored datasets to show how our software solves real challenges.
• Build and adjust workflows to create meaningful proof of concept demonstrations.
• Support sales conversations by sharing your product knowledge and industry insight.
Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience in Solutions Consulting, pre‑sales, sales or software implementation.
• Confidence speaking with a wide range of stakeholders in a simple, human way.
• Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage a varied workload.
• A positive, curious mindset and a willingness to keep learning.
