Why Solutions ArchitectThe AI agent space is moving fast, and customers don't just need a vendor, they need a technical partner who can help them build the right thing, the right way. As enterprises race to embed AI powered conversations into their products, the gap between "we integrated it" and "it actually works beautifully" is enormous. That's where you come in.
This is a rare seat. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Product translating customer reality into technical solutions, and customer feedback into product direction. If you want a role where your hands are in the code and the conversation, and where the work you do shows up directly in what customers ship, this is it.
The RoleAs a Solutions Architect, you own the technical relationship with customers from initial design through successful launch. You'll consult on architecture, build integrations, and serve as the voice of the customer inside Sendbird's product team. This role is built for someone who can move fluidly between a whiteboard with a CTO and a code editor with an engineering team.
You might be this person if:- You hear a customer's problem and immediately start mentally designing the solution before the meeting is even over
- You get genuine satisfaction from helping a developer have a breakthrough, not just closing a ticket
- You stay one step ahead of your customers proactively surfacing best practices before they hit the wall
- You follow the AI agent and messaging space because you find it genuinely fascinating, not because it's your job
- You can simplify complex technical concepts for a C-suite audience without losing the substance and flip back to deep technical mode with an engineering team five minutes later
- You treat documentation and tutorials as part of the product, not an afterthought
- You're comfortable owning projects with multiple stakeholders and keeping things on track without needing a project manager to shadow you
- 5+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer or in a solutions/customer engineer role
- Hands-on experience working with restful APIs, Web and Mobile technologies, and Databases
- The ability to debug and troubleshoot complex systems in web servers, databases and mobile devices.
- Solid programming experience in at least one language: JavaScript, Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, or C#
- Proven experience with at least one web or mobile platform: iOS, Android, React Native, React, or Angular
- Fluency in English (native or equivalent), with the ability to cover AMER East and EMEA markets
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for customer onsite visits
- Architect customer solutions: consult directly with customers on technical and UI design to build efficient, scalable implementations of Delight.ai that deliver real user experience outcomes
- Enable customers alongside Sales and CS: run technical education sessions, demos, and workshops that help customers get the most out of the platform
- Build vertical integrations: develop tools, third-party integrations, and vertical solutions where off the shelf isn't enough
- Close product feedback loops: surface patterns from customer conversations to the Product team and actively collaborate on closing feature gaps
- Create technical content: write blog posts, tutorials, and documentation that lower the barrier to adoption for developers integrating AI-powered messaging
- Drive project launches: coordinate multi-stakeholder integrations across internal teams and customer organizations to get Delight.ai live, on time
- Become the AI CX domain expert: track trends in AI agents and conversational interfaces and act as a trusted advisor to customers on implementation best practices
