Job Description

As a Partner Solutions Architect, you’ll work closely with Device42 partner technical teams to provide guidance to partners to evaluate, scope, and position Device42. You’ll serve as the technical and product expert, articulating the best solutions for partners and will build and maintain Ecosystem training, and validate partner-facing technical
collateral and documentation across key use cases. This role requires in-depth interaction with partners in addition to technological depth and awareness.

Device42 can continuously discover, map, and optimize infrastructure and applications across data centres and the cloud, providing accurate views of your IT ecosystem. Customers in more than 60 countries use these capabilities as they manage and modernize IT infrastructures and application landscapes and adopt DevOps practices.

• Provide thought leadership, technical guidance and support to Ecosystem partners to position, evaluate, scope, and deployDevice42.
• Lead technical evaluations of Device42, including partner “Proofs of Value” and technical leadership outside of end customer pursuits (those with defined opportunities).
• Design, build, and maintain refreshed Ecosystem training content for partners.
• Support demonstrations and evaluations of technical integrations with Device42-supported ITSM tools.
• Validate technical collateral content and documentation intended for Ecosystem audiences.
• Design and deliver technical “brown bag” / “lunch and learn” sessions for regional partners on best practices use of Device42
• Support the Ecosystem team for partner-facing events and discussions.
• Provide and validate partner content for value-based messaging to partners.
• Other tasks in consultation with the VP of Ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Native-level written and oral communication skills in English are required. Having any other European languages additionally would be an added advantage
• 5+ years in a partner-focused sales engineering role and a relevant experience in a similar technical solution engineering preferably in ITIL/ITSM domain or in a SaaS or software product environments
• The ability to assist Partner Managers in demonstrating the value of Device42 for partners across key use cases.
• Experience demonstrating and delivering advanced technical training to partners.
• Experience and understanding of cloud technologies, cloud migration tools, and
• data center technology strongly preferred.
• Able to work 3 days a week from the London office
