Your technical expertise will directly contribute to digital transformation initiatives and the enhancement of customer experiences through the delivery of efficient and intelligent CRM solutions.

−      Produce detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams (e.g. UML class diagrams, sequence diagrams), to support the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the system.
−      Design and implement solutions that prioritize the security, privacy, and integrity of customer data.
−      Ensure solutions adhere to established architectural standards, principles, and best practices within the organization.
−      Evaluate any recommended third-party add-ons and solutions, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with the core CRM platform.
−      Ensure all solutions presented by the Architect adhere to Mulberry’s approved integration patterns.
−      Work closely with the programme managers and product managers to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
−      Evaluate the current-state solution architecture to identify deficiencies through aging of the technologies used by the application, or misalignment with business requirements.
−      Facilitate the evaluation and selection of the CRM software product and services via formal RFI/RFP process.

Culture:

-       Embrace and demonstrate the Mulberry values and behaviours: honesty, dynamism, and a community-oriented spirit.
-       Support Mulberry to deliver an inclusive culture, through behaving in a way that is open-minded and respectful towards others, and understanding that your views, opinions, and experiences may not always be shared by your colleagues.
-       Act as an ambassador for Mulberry and communicate positively about the brand.
