Solutions Advisory Director – Platform Solutions 

UK-based remote or London office hybrid

NA East Coast remote or New York/Charlotte office hybrid

The Solutions Advisory Director will be a solution and domain specialist in the Solutions Advisory team for our on-premises and cloud-based Platform Solutions, which includes our integration and workflow products, primarily Intapp Integration Service (IIS)/Boomi.

The Solutions Advisory Director will work in collaboration with other Solutions Advisory team members as well as our Product Management, Implementation, Support, and Account Management teams to engage with clients to help them achieve success with their integrated Intapp solutions. In this capacity, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients to understand their goals, keep them apprised of the solution roadmaps, and help them maximize their return on investment via best practice recommendations. 

To be successful in this role, the Solution Advisory Director must be a subject matter expert, understanding the use of the integrations in a professional services firm environment. This will allow the Solution Advisory Director to work with our client’s IT professionals to review client situations, offer cogent advice, and assist in identifying specific corrective measures when challenges arise. 
The Solution Advisory Director has the responsibility to work with a segment of clients – primarily remotely, but occasionally with on-site visits and live events. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure they capitalize on all available features in the solution and that the implemented solutions meet the client’s organizational and business needs.  
  • Understand and be able to clearly articulate the benefits of our on-premises and cloud-based Platform Solutions to all levels of a client organization, including IT leadership.
  • Focus on satisfaction with Platform Solutions and create remediation plans, de-escalate issues, and help with troubleshooting when required.
  • Lead and support Platform Solutions user group sessions and be an active moderator and contributor to our online client community. 
  • Serve as a visible presence in the marketplace, demonstrating Intapp’s technology expertise and thought leadership at conferences and Intapp events.
  • Monitor and analyze the client base to identify trends in product health and make recommendations to the Platform Solutions team for client outreach programs.
  • Curate product enhancement requests received from clients, manage the review with the Product Management organization and coordinate responses to clients. 
  • Provide the voice of the customer on new features and development priorities. 
  • Work with Platform Solution colleagues to identify trends, formulate recommendations, and execute programs to optimize the client journey and result in high client satisfaction and referenceability. 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Client Success functional experience in software or technical services industries.
  • 2+ years of experience in Boomi Integration Platform implementation, delivery, adoption, or support. Boomi Integration Platform certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API integration standards, OAuth 2.0, and process orchestrations.
  • Data integration and database developer/administrator experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with professional services firms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based application architecture and deployment of business solutions including integration technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong consultative and communication skills, including the ability to listen carefully, influence, and network with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients. 
  • Experience with change management and/or developing adoption strategies for technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and client service mentality. 
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to collect and analyze input from multiple sources. 
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize. 
  • Resourceful problem-solver, driven by results. 
  • Self-starter, reliable, collegial, and a team player.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-15% of the year.
