About the Job:

We are searching for highly motivated individuals who possess a strong technical background, truly enjoy technology, are eager to learn, and have a knack for problem-solving. 

As a Solution Architect, you should be passionate about creating solutions from scratch, taking on challenges with enthusiasm, and collaborating effectively within a team. You will work closely with team members to design quality, scalable, and performant solutions within Salesforce that meet our client’s business requirements and drive success.

You would play a critical role in driving the success of Salesforce implementations, ensuring that the solutions delivered are of the highest quality, and meet the needs of both the customer and the business.

Who You Are:

We are searching for individuals who are passionate and driven to contribute to our rapidly growing organization. You should  have fervent interest in devising and constructing solutions from the ground up and possessing formidable abilities in resolving complex problems. The ideal candidate will also have a demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adapt as new technologies and methodologies emerge. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mastery of our core technological offerings (Datorama, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot)
  • Developing a deep understanding of software development principles, including programming languages, database systems, and software design patterns.
  • Learning our clients business processes and turning them into scalable solutions.
  • Implementation of new customer systems
  • Must be able to identify potential issues before they arise and provide solutions to mitigate them.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A major in Information Science, Computer Science, or Data Architecture
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language such as CSS, IS, JavaScript, HTML, Python, SQL, Ampscript, or C++
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Coachability(An interest in learning)
  • A hardworking attitude(Goes above and beyond) 
  • A mind for self improvement(Can positively receive critical feedback) 
  • A self learner(Is curious and seeks additional skills/ knowledge)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Datorama, Tableau, Pardot, Marketing Cloud or Interaction studio)
