Job Description

The Solution Specialist EMEA will conduct business reviews, actively participate in projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions and business growth . The role involves designing customer solutions, documenting progress, and traveling to existing and new markets to support business development within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct thorough business reviews and develop insightful presentations to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships and ensure their needs are met. 
  • Actively participate in projects, offering expertise and guidance to drive successful outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective project execution. 
  • Design customer solutions including hardware and digital solutions.  
  • Document activities and outcomes in relevant systems and report progress. 
  • Regularly travel to existing and new markets to support business development and maintain stakeholder relationships. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical commercial role, preferably within the waste management or environmental sector. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate detailed business reviews and insightful presentations. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. 
  • Proven experience in supporting and managing projects, with strong organizational skills. 
  • Understanding of product design and technical aspects related to waste management and environmental solutions. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to various markets.
