contractual specifications, market best practices, internal guidelines, efficiently, and with strong

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Solution Engineer to join our Services team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and general support of IT, Networking, video and other security systems, ensuring their efficient and reliable operation. This role requires strong technical knowledge across various IT domains and excellent customer service skills.
The Solution Engineer main objective is to ensure the optimal operation and evolution of all systems related to a jail project in the province. Which includes Datacenter, building, Servers, computers, telephony, software and Video and Access Control solutions, ensuring smooth communication between the customer and the support team.
The Solution Engineer will act as the technical point of contact for support activities, and will execute preventive and corrective activities in the jail center of the city of Santa Fe. And will create and monitor guidelines to ensure optimal performance of the systems, serving as the point of contact for escalating issues. If necessary, escalate issues to the vendor.
For this role, in addition to teamwork, the ability to analyze for proactive problem solving, adaptability to dynamic environments, and effective communication to interact with different stakeholders are essential.
This position is 100% on-site in the city of Santa Fe, during business hours Monday through Friday, with rotating on-call shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of different technical equipment's like: Juniper networking, Virtualization OS, Windows Servers, Video and Access Control, Scanners (Body and objects), PABX.
Provide support for datacenter operations, including hardware and software maintenance.
Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
Administration of Virtual Machines under VMWARE and VCENTER environments.
Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers and switches.
Execute general maintenance and support for a variety of IT systems and hardware.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage fault management environments like Zabbix
Interact directly with customers to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
Maintain positive relationships with IT customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Strictly follow cybersecurity guidelines
Document technical procedures and solutions.

Basic Requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Engineering Degree (Telecommunications, IT, or Electronics).
4+ years of experience in the telecommunications field, IT.
Mid/High degree of fluency in Spanish and English.
Proactive attitude in customer service, with strong focus on satisfying customers’ needs.
Availability to travel (When it’s possible, in a normal business environment).
Autonomy and Empowerment to take increasing responsibilities.
Experience in problem solving. IT certifications such as VMware, Microsoft Administration, or others are valued.
Monitoring or support of network protocols: VPN, SIP, SNMP. Experience in the administration of Microsoft CRM, antivirus, and backup solutions. Experience in network monitoring with Nagios, Zabbix, or another dashboard monitoring solution.
Experience with iTOP, or other ITSM platforms. Knowledge and/or experience in development or project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL).
Understanding of networking concepts, including experience with firewalls and switches.
Demonstrated ability in general maintenance of IT systems.
Proven experience in IT service management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Prior experience in customer-facing IT support roles.
The ideal candidate will comply with the following:
Working technical knowledge of Motorola Solutions portfolio.
Knowledge in Telecommunications, Cybersecurity Video, Software and IT environment integrations overall
Knowledge in Networking. CCNA certification desired.
Cross-cultural and cross-language working experience in teams comprising people from different countries.
Field engineering experience with Motorola Solutions portfolio, including customer management experience.
Comfortability with learning about new products and the service portion related to them.
