Job Description

(REMOTE LOCATION FOR BRAZIL AND ARGENTINA)

In this role, you will:

Be responsible for designing Dropship and eCommerce solutions as it relates to industry standard including interoperability with connected systems and will support projects throughout the project delivery lifecycle.

  • Support in the definition of business and technical requirements to ensure strategies and solutions are aligned with business needs.
  • Design high quality end-to-end solutions to meet the business needs both now and in the future by ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, scalable resilient and secure
  • Define detailed specifications according to which solutions are defined, managed, and delivered.
  • Design and oversee the Design, configuration and build of the dropship/e-commerce solution and its integration with other interconnected systems.
  • Ensure design practices, artefacts and processes are in line with leading industry patterns and practices.
  • Provide technical governance and assurance for proposed solutions throughout the delivery life cycle.
  • Identify and mitigate existing business risk or risks associated with solution design and delivery.
  • Support and lead in the development of internal architecture best practices and people
  • Build expertise of best-in-class solutions / technology
  • Works directly with Business resources and IT Business Analysts to drive technical solutions for business requirements within complex technical projects.
  • Leads and drives multiple streams within IT and the business teams in coming to a common understanding of processes and technology solutions to support them.
  • Maintains in-depth understanding of technical landscape for their capability area.
  • Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, consults and shares knowledge across org with full awareness of industry trends.
  • Integration knowledge:  APIs and integration with other systems.  Experience of integration with SAP ECC/S4 ERP, SAP CPI and Blue Yonder WMS is a plus.
  • Networking:  Knowledge of how to configure VPCs, subnets, and route tables, as well as DNS, CDN, and load balancing services. 
  • Security:  Knowledge of AWS security services and features, such as AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), Amazon Cognito, and AWS Key Management Service (KMS). 
  • Distribution/Order Fulfillment Business processes:  A good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical goals.
  • Problem-solving:  The ability to address business and customer needs by solving complex problems 
  • Communication:  The ability to understand business requirements and communicate with stakeholders, cloud developers, and cloud administrators .
  • Organizational skills:  Strong organizational skills. 
  • Analytical skills:  A strong understanding of analytical skills and techniques.
  • Interpersonal skills:  Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Who you are?

  • Bachelor's degree; 7+ years of Professional experience of Information Technology experience including working directly with business clients.
  • Strong working knowledge or experience in SAP S4 ERP
  • Kwondlege in SAP CPI integration or Unify is required.
  • Kwondlege in SAP SD is required.
  • Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of developing reusable interfaces.
  • LOCATION:  Brazil or Argentina
