Job Purpose

As a Solution Advisor (Presales), you play a key role in the sales process by understanding prospective customers’ challenges and clearly demonstrating the value of beqom’s solutions.

You act as a trusted partner to both customers and the sales team — translating complex business requirements into compelling solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and proposals.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role with exposure to senior stakeholders in large, international organizations.

What will you be doing? 

    • Partner with the Sales team to support the acquisition of new enterprise customers
    • Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives
    • Design and deliver proof-of-concepts, mapping detailed customer requirements to beqom’s technology
    • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, from Global Heads of Reward to Reward Analysts
    • Produce high-quality written deliverables, including RFP responses and security questionnaires
    • Participate in customer meetings, events, and occasional travel as required

    What are we looking for?

    • You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, either:
      • In HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting), or
      • In an in-house role within reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams
    • Native-level French and fluent English
    • Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and demo skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Team-oriented, flexible, and collaborative approach

    Nice to Have

    • Additional European language(s)
    • Experience in HR Tech, especially in reward, compensation, sales commissions, performance management, or pay equity
    • Value or management consulting background
    • Exposure to enterprise software sales
