This is a diverse legal role involving advisory work, dispute resolution, drafting, negotiations, and regulatory oversight. The successful candidate will also assume core compliance and management positions within the London office:
- COLP – Compliance Officer for Legal Practice
- COFA – Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration
- Manager & Head of Legal Practice (London Office)

Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation across a wide range of matters.
- Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, agreements, and reports.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across our international offices to deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK laws and regulations, ensuring full SRA compliance.
- Oversee compliance processes and support the operational management of the London branch.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, upholding the firm’s high standards of service.
Requirements
We are seeking a solicitor with strong legal expertise and a proactive, client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have:
- Qualified UK Solicitor status
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in practice
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent time management and the ability to balance multiple deadlines
- A self-driven mindset with a high standard of professional integrity
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Commercial awareness and confidence in engaging with clients
- For more senior candidates: leadership experience and the ability to foster a positive team environment
- Fluent written and spoken English
