The Role:

Do you want to be at the forefront of operating system and app software development for one of the most striking brands to hit the consumer tech space in the last 10 years? We're looking for a dynamic Software Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the way the world experiences mobile technology. Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Smartphone Marketing to develop and implement software marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and the smartphone product roadmap.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns for software products and features, ensuring they align with product launches and smartphone promotions.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors. Use insights to guide marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure software features are effectively communicated to the target audience. Coordinate with sales teams to align on product messaging and positioning.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, product videos, blog posts, and social media content that promotes software products.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of software marketing campaigns. Provide recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering engagement and driving product adoption and retention through targeted marketing programs.
  • Brand Advocacy: Champion the brand voice and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints, particularly for software-related initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and improve marketing performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) to understand how to work with functional teams across the business.
  • Knowledge of the smartphone ecosystem and trends in mobile software is a plus.
