Design, implement, and operate scalable systems and services across the full software lifecycle. Build proofs-of-concept, improve automation, maintain reliability and monitoring, participate in on-call duties, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
At Quantcast, we don't just build advertising technology, we revolutionize how it works. Our AI-powered Demand Side Platform (DSP) connects the world's most ambitious marketers with their ideal audiences across the open internet, delivering results that actually move the needle. Since 2006, we've been the industry's trailblazer, launching the first AI-powered measurement platform for publishers and the first AI-driven DSP. Our AI doesn't just optimize—it delivers the measurable outcomes that matter most to our clients, giving them the competitive edge they need in a crowded marketplace. Ready to join the team that's defining the future of digital advertising?
We operate at a large scale, processing 100+ billion events a day, at split-second latency, across 100+ million directly-measured destinations.
Our engineering organization in London builds and operates many of the critical components underpinning the Quantcast product, including: real-time distributed systems, audience modeling, delivery control systems, large-scale data infrastructure, integrations with partners in the adtech eco system, payments and revenue processing, artificial intelligence infrastructure, and more.
We’re actively looking for Software Engineers to join us on our mission.
What you'll do:
- Write code, design systems, build out proof of concepts that improve systems and automation throughout our tech stack.
- Take part in the entire software engineering life cycle, from conception through designing, implementing and operating systems and services.
- Care about the health and maintainability of our systems, help us learn and drive continuous improvement in reliability, testing and operational monitoring, including participating in on-call duties.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product engineering, modeling, and other platform teams, to ensure delivering high-quality software products.
You might be a great fit for this role if you:
- Enjoy working closely with other talented engineers, in a culture that values collaboration and winning together as a team.
- Have an appetite for growing your skills and your positive impact.
- Are excited and curious about technology and its potential.
Who you are:
- 0-2 years prior experience in professional software engineering (new grads welcome!)
- A degree in Computer Science or an adjacent field.
- Excellent skills in computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, systems design, common languages (Java or Python or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
