Odin is building the investment infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should know how to put it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in.
Our first product is a platform for launching and running private investment firms - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle the full stack end to end: legal structuring, investor onboarding, KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits. The infrastructure, unique dataset and network we are building today will underpin trillions of dollars in value and help solve some of humanity’s biggest problems for decades to come.
We’re already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors.
The Role:
This is a role for a sharp, ambitious engineer early in their career who wants to ship fast, learn relentlessly, and help shape the future of private markets.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers and product leaders to scope, build, test, and iterate on features that support thousands of investors and move hundreds of millions of dollars in cash and assets. We expect you to be resourceful and use AI to move faster and build better software.
This is a high-output, high-standards environment where speed and quality aren’t trade-offs - they’re both expected. You’ll get direct ownership, close mentorship, and the chance to level up faster than you would anywhere else.

What you'll need
1+ year of professional experience as a full stack or backend engineer
Experience using AI tools thoughtfully across your workflow — not just for writing code, but for improving development speed, testing, documentation, and problem-solving
You can own a feature end-to-end, and write clean, testable, D-R-Y code that’s easy to build on.
Nice to have
Experience working with Go
Exposure to frontend technologies like React

The Hiring Process
Interviews:
50-minute test that assesses your thinking: everyone who achieves 80% is automatically progressed to the next stage
Intro with Imani, our Head of People & Talent: here, you'll unpack the role, learn more about us, and she'll ensure you're the right fit for the position (30 mins)
Live code review: now that you're in the running, it's time to assess your coding ability with our team (1 hr)
Final interviews with Mary & Paddy, our Founders: at this stage, we're genuinely excited and believe you should spend some time with the founders, learning more about each other and our values (2 hrs)
Before each interview, we'll prepare you for what to expect. Regardless of the outcome, once you're in our process, we'll provide detailed feedback within 24 hours of the interview. Our process typically takes two weeks, sometimes shorter, or perhaps a bit longer - we'll accommodate your availability and are happy to make any hiring adjustments along the way.
