Software Engineer - Risk

Your future role within QRT

We are looking for an enthusiastic software engineer to join the Risk team in London.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated developer with strong communication skills, experience with direct business interaction, and knowledge of building large scale applications. The candidate will be responsible for building and delivering solutions to our Risks Management and Trading desks.

Your present skillset

• 4+ years software development experience in writing high-quality, testable code in an object-oriented environment.
• Prior experience with Python 3 and Rest API
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of modern software architecture and cloud platforms.
• Experience in financial services industry
• Experience with query optimization and performance tuning
• AWS, Kubernetes, docker, Helm
• Experience with more than 1 programming language
