As a Software Engineer on the Investor Relations team, you’ll take ownership of developing systems and tools that streamline processes and improve visibility into investor activity. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the business, building high-impact tools and automation to support and enhance investor workflows.

Your future role within QRT includes:

  • Designing and delivering applications to support investor operations and activity tracking.
  • Merging and managing data from internal and external sources.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing a scalable investor portal, to manage internal trade execution, investor position and capital activity reporting.
  • Creating connectivity and integration with other internal processes and data pipelines.
  • Expanding upon tools developed above for the purpose of managing external investor activity and reporting for internal systems.
  • Make integral decisions, such as design framework, whilst working with the Risk Development team to ensure system consistency across QRT.

Your present skillset:

  • 4-8 years development experience in writing high-quality, testable code.
  • Solid experience with Python and building services with API Frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
  • Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL and working with databases (reading / writing data)
  • Experience with data visualisation (React) and working with large data sets.
  • Proven ability to take initiative, lead projects, and deliver results from day one.
  • Experienced in designing frameworks and tools from scratch and advising leaders and teams on associated impact
  • Data-orientated individual who can work through complex and data-intensive tasks.
  • Understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based platforms.
