ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a Software Engineer - Frontend *remote* (m/f/d). As part of the Engineering department, you will join one of our cross-functional teams of frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and designers.
You will be playing a key role in delivering innovative features paired with a great user experience to our business customers. For this purpose, you have good attention to detail and don’t just work on code but bring a product to life!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and evolve complex, user-facing products using modern frontend technologies
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable frontend architectures in close collaboration with frontend and backend engineers, product managers, and product designers
- Help us ensure a unique and best-in-class user interface & experience for our customers, especially in complex workflow-driven product areas
- Own features end to end, from concept and implementation to testing and production rollout
- Raise the bar for the code and product quality through cleaner abstractions, testing and performance awareness
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong experience building production-grade React applications
- 5+ years of experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience working with REST APIs and modern data-fetching patterns
- Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and Web Components
- A quality-focused mindset with experience in testing, performance, and writing maintainable code
- Obsession with the best engineering practices.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with React Query, Material UI or similar tooling
- Experience with UI unit and e2e testing
- Exposure to authentication, feature flags, and observability tools
- Basic understanding of backend technologies (e.g. Java).
- Familiarity with React Native or mobile development.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Terraform
