P&L and Risk Technology is a global team that is responsible for developing QRT’s strategic P&L and Risk Management platform that covers all products and trading desks. As a greenfield initiative, the group designs and delivers scalable enterprise systems using modern DevOps practices, cloud technologies, and AI capabilities. The team collaborates closely with Trading, Research, Risk, and Operations functions across multiple asset classes including Equities, Derivatives, FX, Fixed Income, Commodities, and Crypto.

Your Future Role within QRT

  • Develop user-facing components for the P&L and Risk platform as part of a small, global UX engineering team.
  • Collaborate with experienced software engineers on a multi-year strategic system buildout.
  • Work with React and TypeScript using Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
  • Partner with Risk Quants, Developers, Traders, and Operations to design intuitive, performant interfaces.
  • Contribute to a scalable, cloud-based architecture and engage with other QRT technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Data, and Order & Trade Management systems.

Your Present Skillset

  • 3–5 years’ experience as a UX Software Developer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript, ideally following TDD practices.
  • Understanding of financial products or risk management systems is beneficial but not essential.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player.
