Our Team
At Trilitech, we drive innovation in Web3 by empowering developers and creators to build pioneering solutions on the Tezos blockchain. Our expertise spans core blockchain development, decentralised applications, infrastructure tooling, developer experience, and incubation programs, with a strong focus on cultural projects, decentralised finance, and gaming. We're dedicated to redefining possibilities and setting new standards within the rapidly evolving blockchain space.
Design and develop robust blockchain infrastructure components for the Tezos and Etherlink ecosystem
Work closely with external ecosystem partners (wallets, oracles, bridges, etc) to help with integration
Implement full-stack solutions, working across frontend and backend as needed
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure to support blockchain services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical requirements
Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stay current with blockchain technology trends and bring innovative solutions to the team
Strong understanding of the Ethereum/EVM ecosystem, including smart contracts, Web3.js/ethers.js, and related technologies
Proven experience building dApps or blockchain infrastructure components
Full-stack development capabilities (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar technologies)
Experience with DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and business teams
Passion for blockchain technology and interest in contributing to the Etherlink blockchain ecosystem
Experience with Solidity or other smart contract languages
Familiarity with Layer 2 scaling solutions
Experience with blockchain testing frameworks and security best practices
Previous work on cross-chain integrations or interoperability solutions
Open-source contributions to blockchain projects
Notion of Quality Assurance, especially in blockchain service provider integration
