What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Developing first class software engineering solutions.

  • Work alongside team members to deliver features and champion a focus on quality.

  • Spot inconsistencies and edge cases that could impact customers.

  • Proactively question and challenge assumptions to improve test coverage and reliability.

  • Working with agile methodologies and lean thinking methods.

  • Presenting your findings and making recommendations to improve business performance.

  • Contributing to the team by sharing knowledge, collaborating with ideas, and findings.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Not hold a similar qualification at the same level or higher within the same sector (Level 4/Degree).

  • Be an active learner, both within your technical and professional areas of expertise, taking control of your own career development.

  • Be naturally inquisitive and have a passion for technology.

  • Have excellent communication skills with the drive to contribute to a team.

  • Be highly logical with creative problem-solving skills.
