Job Responsibilities:
What you can expect
- Design, implement, integrate and test embedded software in C/C++ running on the Next Generation ADAS compute platform
- Migrate and adapt ADAS legacy features (Matlab Simulink based) to a new SW architecture (C++ based)
- Ensure backwards compatibility between old legacy code (Simulink based) and new one (C++ based) via Simulink S functions
- Ensure seamless application portability towards different System-on-Chip architectures or operating systems
- Support ADAS Sensors, machine learning models and algorithms integration and deployment
- Support ADAS Sensors, ML models and Algorithms integration and deployment
What you'll bring
- Solid skills with Linux/Windows OS and C/C++, C++11 or newer
- Previous experience with Google Test and Vector Cast
- Previous experience with Software Architecture (Enterprise Architect)
- Previous experience with ADAS feature development (e.g. Adaptive Cruise Control, Automatic Emergency Breaking, Lane Keep Assist, Door Open Warning)
- Good understanding of OOP (object oriented) design patterns
- Experience implementing real-time software in multi-threading, multi-process context
- Familiarity with modern CMake based build systems
- Good knowledge of Matlab Simulink and Stateflow
- Good understanding of ADAS Sensors like Cameras, Radars, Ultra Sonic, Lidar
- Good knowledge of communication buses and protocols like Ethernet, UART, CAN, USB, I2C, SPI
- Familiar with debugging tools and methods, like Lauterbach
