Soft Services Manager - EMEA

  • Support and guide standardization and continuous improvement of soft services delivery across nine client areas in EMEA
  • Report to EMEA IFM Soft Services Program Lead serving as SME for soft services operations
  • Ensure consistent service delivery and compliance across regional portfolio Key

Responsibilities:

Program Management & Standards:

  • Develop and drive consistent soft services standards across EMEA region
  • Lead EMEA-wide projects and programs to ensure standardization
  • Conduct gap analyses and support remediation of soft services issues
  • Implement JLL best practices to exceed client expectations Vendor & Contract Management:
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with IFM vendor management processes
  • Ensure compliance with contracts, KPIs, and Service Level Agreements
  • Support EMEA Procurement Lead on procurement projects and sustainability initiatives
  • Track SLA & KPI performance across soft services operations Operational Support:
  • Provide on-site and remote support to all soft services operations
  • Support seamless mobilization of new sites with Sourcing Manager
  • Resolve escalated soft services issues and assist with incident investigations Drive safety culture across portfolio including all stakeholders Stakeholder Management:
  • Build relationships with client Site Leads, Regional FM managers, and business partners
  • Ensure client satisfaction and monitor customer satisfaction metrics
  • Support recruitment activities and team development initiatives
  • Collaborate with EHS team on technical and compliance matters

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 6+ years in Facilities Management within large commercial organizations
  • Proven experience in soft services contract delivery and supplier management Experience leading corporate soft services operations at scale Skills & Certifications:
  • Industry-recognized FM qualifications and ISO certifications preferred
  • Quality, EHS, and environmental accreditations desirable
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and IT literacy skills
