As a Social Video Executive at Global, you will have a hands-on role supporting the delivery, distribution and optimisation of branded social video partnerships across Global Studios and Global’s audio brands - ensuring content is set up for maximum performance across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

  • Publishing & Distribution (35%): Manage day-to-day publishing and scheduling of branded social video content across TikTok, Meta, YouTube and Instagram. Assist with onboarding of new partner show social channels, supporting formatting, setup and initial distribution.

  • Paid Campaign Support (25%): Support setup and monitoring of paid social video campaigns across Global Studios and Global’s wider audio brands.

  • Performance Reporting & Insights (25%): Compile and maintain performance reporting for branded social video partnerships, ensuring data is accurate and delivered on time. Flag platform updates, trends and optimisation opportunities to the wider team.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration (15%): Work closely with Branded Content, Commercial and Social Editors to ensure content meets platform specifications and campaign requirements. Support the Global Studios team with day-to-day coordination and delivery tasks as required.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you'll have:

  • Quickly built confidence in publishing, scheduling and delivering campaigns accurately and on time

  • Taken ownership of reporting, ensuring data is reliable while identifying performance trends

  • Supported and improved paid campaign delivery and onboarding of new shows/channels

  • Proactively contributed insights, optimisation ideas and strong cross-team collaboration

  • Worked closely with Advertising Operations to support the delivery of live campaigns and new initiatives

  • Started supporting the wider Commercial Operations team by identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

What You'll Need

  • Social media experience: Experience in social media, digital content or paid social - ideally within a media or agency environment

  • Platform knowledge: Hands-on knowledge of TikTok, Meta and YouTube, including an understanding of how content performs across each platform

  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Social-native mindset: A proactive, social-native mindset - someone who is genuinely engaged with platform trends and audience behaviour

  • Data-confident: Comfortable working with performance data and basic reporting tools

  • Collaborative team player: A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
