Location: London (Hybrid)
Reports to: Head of Brand & Distribution
We’re looking for a Social Media Video Editor who applies cinematic storytelling to social-first, vertical formats.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who lives and breathes video editing and digital storytelling. You have a sharp instinct for what grabs attention, what keeps people watching, and what makes content worth sharing.
You’ll be fluent across both short-form and long-form video, comfortable cutting fast, narrative-driven social content. You’ll work primarily in Premiere Pro and After Effects, using motion, pacing, sound, and structure to elevate every piece of content.
You’re deeply plugged into social platforms and formats, understand how content performs differently across them, and know how to adapt edits accordingly. Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools, workflows, and prompting is a strong bonus curiosity and experimentation are key.
If you care about craft, storytelling, and building standout social content at scale, this role is for you.
What You'll Work On- Social-first video content for Wonder’s brand (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Short-form edits from podcasts, interviews, and events
- Long-form editorial content and series
- Experimental AI-driven content and hybrid workflows
- Branded and partner content across creative and tech projects
- Edit social-first content optimised for platform performance (hooks, pacing, retention)
- Adapt edits across formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and platforms
- Collaborate closely with social, brand, and production teams on creative direction
- At least 3 years of professional editing experience, with 5+ years preferred across short-form content, commercials, or branded work.
- High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- A solid understanding of audio post workflows, including sound effects, mixing, and music integration.
- Experience with basic colour correction workflows (Lumetri, Resolve, or similar).
- A sharp eye for composition, rhythm, and storytelling.
- Familiarity with different aspect ratios, formats, and delivery requirements (broadcast, digital, social).
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple fast-turnaround projects.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience working with AI production tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs)
- A background in motion design or strong visual storytelling instincts
- Previous work at a creative startup or AI-driven studio
- Be part of the most innovative workflows in AI-native filmmaking
- Help shape a new kind of post-production craft that blends creativity and technology
- Work in a creatively ambitious team backed by leaders from OpenAI, DeepMind, and ElevenLabs
