Job Description

As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on social media and paid campaigns, across key platforms, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube. You will be the driving force behind our online engagement, building brand awareness, generating leads, and ultimately contributing to business growth within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management & Multimedia Coordination: 

o Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

o Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and engaging posts.

o Foster community growth and engagement across platforms.

o Manage crisis and reputation concerns, ensuring brand consistency.

o Utilize social listening tools to track trends and audience sentiment.

o Coordinate customer support responses within social media channels.

o Work closely with Sales, PR, and Design teams for cross-functional collaboration.

o Create, manage, and oversee paid social media campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and potentially other emerging platforms, ensuring performance and ROI.

o Optimize digital marketing workflows and processes for efficiency.

• SEM & Content Creation: 

o Develop and execute PPC campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads, and potentially other relevant platforms.

o Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, copy, and landing pages for performance improvement.

o Create high-quality, compelling content (text, images, videos) that resonates with our target audience and showcases Delta's expertise.

o Curate relevant industry news and thought leadership content.

• Analytics & Reporting: 

o Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Analytics, and other relevant analytics platforms.

o Measure social media performance (engagement, reach, impressions) to guide content strategy.

o Optimize conversion rates (CRO) to improve digital campaign results.

o Prepare monthly and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations.

o Monitor budget allocation and ROI analysis to ensure cost-effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads campaign creation and optimization.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Buffer, Agorapulse).
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), LinkedIn Analytics, and social media insights platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, and content marketing strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for performance improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience in the electronics, industrial automation, or related industries is highly desirable.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and trends (e.g., Jasper.ai, Copy.ai).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM).
  • Familiarity with emerging social media platforms and trends.
  • Fluency in additional European languages, particularly German, is a strong advantage.
