About Lawhive

Our mission is to make the law accessible to everyone.

The legal industry is built on technology and processes that haven’t been updated in hundreds of years - that's why we've reinvented the entire model from the ground up with our own bespoke AI operating system at the core.

Lawhive is a regulated law firm with an AI-native platform built to amplify expertise and revolutionise the way people practice law, leading to exceptional outcomes for clients and lawyers.

Lawhive Labs is how we bring this vision to life. It's our frontier lab that combines top engineering, design, AI and legal talent from around the world, joining forces to build the future of law.

We’re backed by top-tier investors, including Google Ventures, Balderton Capital and TQ Ventures, and in December 2025, we secured $60M Series B funding round to facilitate international expansion and to grow our team.

We’re headquartered in London and in 2025 successfully launched in the US…and we’re just getting started.

The Role

We're looking for a strategic Social Media Manager to own Lawhive's social presence across the UK.

You'll develop and lead our social media strategy, with a core focus on LinkedIn, while driving growth across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms. Working closely with our founders, lawyers and teams across the business, you'll shape how Lawhive shows up in the conversations that matter - AI, legal, startups and technology.

You will:

Social Strategy & Planning

  • Own and execute Lawhive's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms

  • Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned to company priorities, product launches and growth goals

  • Identify opportunities to participate in relevant conversations across AI, legal, startup and technology sectors

  • Translate business objectives into social activity with clear audience and engagement goals

  • Monitor platform developments, industry trends and competitor activity to keep our approach sharp

Community & Audience Growth

  • Manage engagement across all social channels and build genuine community around the Lawhive brand

  • Drive founder-led and employee advocacy programmes to amplify reach and credibility

  • Identify and build relationships with relevant creators, communities and industry voices

  • Spot and act on opportunities to grow audience, reach and organic engagement

Content Execution

  • Bring strategy to life through written, visual and video content across multiple formats and channels

  • Develop recurring content series and campaigns that build brand recognition over time

  • Translate complex legal and technology topics into accessible, engaging social content

  • Capture content from company events, team activity and customer stories

  • Ensure all output aligns with Lawhive's tone of voice and brand guidelines

Performance & Optimisation

  • Track, analyse and report on social performance across all channels

  • Run experiments across formats, messaging and channels to continuously improve results

  • Use audience insights and platform data to inform strategy and prioritisation

What You'll Bring

You’ll be a great fit for this role if…

  • 3–5 years in social media, brand marketing or a community-focused role

  • Background in legal or professional services

  • A track record of developing and executing social strategies that grew audiences and drove measurable results

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and professional social media growth

  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment (a plus)

Tools Experience:

  • LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok

  • Social scheduling and analytics platforms

  • Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite

  • CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar (video editing)

  • AI tools for workflow efficiency

Interview process
  • Introductory call with our Talent team

  • 1:1 with your hiring manager

  • Technical interview

  • Values interview with one of our Founders

  • We offer!

Benefits
  • 💰 Meaningful early-stage equity at one of Europe’s fastest growing startups

  • ✈️ 33 days’ annual leave (25 + bank holidays) plus your birthday off

  • 💰 Pension contribution via Nest

  • 💷 20% off legal fees through Lawhive

  • 💻 Top-spec Macbook

  • ⛳️ Regular team building activities and socials!

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
