Job Responsibilities :

The Social Media Manager will manage Razer’s content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring alignment between HQ and EMEA teams. The role includes TikTok Shop operations, campaign execution, content creation, and performance reporting. It requires strong communication skills, digital fluency, and a passion for gaming culture.

• Content Coordination: Align social media content between HQ and local teams, including localization, translation, and approval workflows

• Campaign Management: Co-develop, execute, and monitor social media campaigns for product launches, events, and community initiatives

• Content Planning: Build and maintain quarterly editorial calendars across Instagram/Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms

• Community Engagement: Support development and management of local creator and influencer relationships

• TikTok Shop Management: Coordinate and optimize Razer’s presence on TikTok Shop (UK, ES, and others), including product listings, promotional content, and campaign execution

• Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights

• Trend Monitoring: Stay current on social media trends and best practices to continually improve content strategy

Pre-Requisites :

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field

• Initial experience in social media, ideally in an international environment

• Strong command of English; German, French, or Spanish is a plus

• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, or similar

• Creative eye for digital trends, gaming culture, and community engagement

• Independent, structured work style with strong communication skills
