What’s the role about?

As our Social Media & Influencer Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our global social media & influencer strategy across all key platforms and markets. You will play a central role in building community, driving engagement, and supporting wider brand and marketing objectives through best-in-class social channel plans.

Focused on making social channels engaging, relevant, and effective, the role strengthens audience connection and supports wider marketing goals, working closely with Brand & Communications, Creative, Digital Marketing, Data & Insights, and external partners to embed a social-first approach across the business.

Who you are

  • A strategic and creative social media professional with experience delivering global social strategies within a fashion, lifestyle, or retail environment.
  • Highly knowledgeable across core and emerging platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Experienced influencer strategist, skilled in everything from outreach, negotiations, contracts, and approvals for paid and gifted collaborations.
  • Data-driven and comfortable using insights and performance metrics to inform content direction and optimise results.
  • Collaborative and creative, with experience working alongside internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Organised and commercially minded, able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A clear communicator, confident presenting social performance, trends, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a strong interest in social innovation and emerging platform opportunities.
  • Passionate about fashion, culture, and brand storytelling in the social space.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the development and delivery of a global social media & influencer strategy across all key platforms, partnering with key stakeholders & aligning with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Develop strategic approaches for new and emerging platforms, to drive engagement, reach, and cultural relevance.
  • Support the Social & Influencer Lead on overall influencer strategy and development of influencer channel.
  • Produce regular social trend reports and market/competitor analysis, presenting actionable insights to senior stakeholders each season.
  • Create seasonal social briefs that feed into wider marketing plans, guiding internal creative teams and external partners on formats, content, and storytelling opportunities.
  • Implement processes to facilitate production of social content in-house when needed, ensuring efficiency and creative control.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Digital Marketing, and agency partners to embed a social-first approach across organic and paid media campaigns.
  • Oversee operational delivery, including platform relationships, third-party contracts and invoicing, monitoring channel performance against brand and commercial objectives, and providing guidance to team members supporting the social function.
