This full-time Social Media Manager position is based in our brand-new Ultralytics office in London, UK, with a hybrid model of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the UK, as Ultralytics does not provide visa sponsorship.
🚀 What you'll do
As a Social Media Manager at Ultralytics, you will own our digital voice and drive our community engagement strategy. You will be responsible for bringing our cutting-edge AI solutions to a global audience. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our audience and enhance engagement across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Creating, scheduling, and publishing high-quality, original content (including text, images, and videos) that showcases our Ultralytics YOLO models, Ultralytics Platform, and the latest advancements in vision AI.
Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to produce high-quality graphics and videos that align with our brand identity.
Monitoring and engaging with our community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster a positive and active community.
Analyzing social media metrics using tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer to track performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing our strategy.
Collaborating with our Engineering and Marketing teams to create content for product launches, events, and major announcements from our blog.
Staying at the forefront of social media trends, new platform features, and the competitive AI landscape to ensure Ultralytics remains a leading voice in the industry.
Your strategic vision and creative expertise will be essential in supporting Ultralytics' mission of delivering top-tier machine learning tools and models to the community.
🧠 Skills and experience
5+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, ideally within the AI, deep learning, or developer-focused technology industry.
Demonstrable expertise in creating content for and managing professional accounts on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics platforms such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic adjustments.
Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with a talent for making complex technical topics like object detection and instance segmentation accessible and exciting.
A proactive and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
