Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Social Media Manager with deep expertise in technology and cryptocurrency. In this role, you will serve as the strategic partner to our Executive team, shaping the personal and corporate brand narrative across digital channels. You will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy that elevates thought leadership, fosters community engagement, and drives innovation in our fast-paced, AI and blockchain-powered ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Social Media Leadership:
- Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy that reflects both the personal and corporate brand voices.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive team to translate high-level vision and messaging into compelling digital content.
- Content Creation & Storytelling:
- Produce and curate daily, high-quality content across Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms—balancing tech insights with engaging narratives.
- Create innovative multimedia assets (graphics, videos, infographics) that resonate with tech and crypto audiences and reflect our brand’s bold, intelligent personality.
- Thought Leadership & Brand Building:
- Position key leaders as industry experts by managing their digital profiles, crafting thought leadership articles, and amplifying their insights in interviews, webinars, and other media.
- Monitor industry trends, leveraging insights to inform content strategies that elevate our leadership as pioneers in AI and crypto.
- Community Engagement & Collaboration:
- Engage actively with influencers and community members to build authentic relationships and drive meaningful conversations.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Communications teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, transforming data into actionable insights to refine and boost engagement.
- Experiment with emerging formats and technologies (e.g., NFTs, Web3 integrations) to keep our social presence ahead of the curve.
- Experience & Expertise:
- Proven track record in thought leadership and social media management within the technology or cryptocurrency sectors.
- Demonstrated success in growing and engaging a social media following for a high-profile brand or executive.
- Technical & Crypto Savvy:
- Deep understanding of tech trends, blockchain innovation, and cryptocurrency dynamics.
- Ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging, accessible content for a diverse audience.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives.
- Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
