About Posh

We are all social creatures, but the dominant “social” companies today have evolved into digital loneliness machines, driving isolation, anxiety, and mental health challenges around the world.

Human connection is lost. Posh is a beacon guiding us back.

Posh enables anyone to build an IRL community based on shared interests, while connecting consumers with the communities of people just like them. Founded by event organizers who were frustrated with the growing loneliness epidemic and the tools available to build their own event brand, we’ve built the ultimate platform for launching, monetizing, and finding IRL communities of people just like you. In just 5 years, Posh has grown to a team of 65, expanded to 7M+ users, secured $70m in venture funding, and facilitated over $300M in transactions.

You’ll oversee everything from content ideation to production to publishing, creating high-quality, social-first work that captures the energy of the thousands of IRL moments our platform empowers. From viral videos and memes to mini-docs, interviews, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes moments, you’ll spotlight the people and communities that make Posh what it is: organizers, creators, artists, and tastemakers pushing culture forward. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s both creatively obsessed and operationally sharp; someone who can build a content engine, grow community organically, and turn trends into campaigns that resonate.

This is an in-person role based in our New York City office in the heart of SoHo. Highlighting live experiences and building with soul are important for our customers, and we believe being and working together as a team is the best way for Posh to feel and achieve this. Events on Posh should be fun, alive, and driven with passion and we want to mirror this in our teams every day!

What You’ll Achieve

  • Own ideation, production, and publishing of high-quality content across our core social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).

  • Build a high-output content engine that includes viral video formats, mini-docs, interviews, event recaps, BTS, and memes.

  • Capture and tell stories that spotlight Posh organizers, community moments, and the culture behind the experiences on our platform.

  • Lead social coverage for key marketing moments: launches, campaigns, and internal events, ensuring strong narrative and consistency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Community, Customer Success, Product, New Verticals and with external partners to align messaging, timelines, and execution.

  • Utilize our social channels as a tool for helping other teams achieve their objectives while maintaining impression maximization as your number one goal.

  • Develop and manage day-to-day content calendars, posting cadences, and creator workflows.

  • Build creator and influencer partnerships that grow reach and strengthen brand credibility.

  • Track trends, engagement, and performance metrics to continuously improve creative output and growth.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience leading or running social for a consumer brand, community-led product, or culture-first company.

  • Social-first storyteller with a strong eye for visual aesthetic, hands-on production/editing skills, and comfortable on camera

  • Proven track record of growing community and engagement organically with a high attention to detail

  • Deep understanding of creators, culture, and the niche communities that are creating the mass culture of tomorrow

  • Strong creative instincts paired with operational excellence. You can manage multiple projects and hit deadlines

  • Experienced in creator partnerships, UGC campaigns, and collaborative content series

  • Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing tools. Bonus if you’re up-to-date on how the latest AI tools can significantly improve your workflows!

  • Comfortable moving fast, iterating often, and turning trends into repeatable content formats

What you need to know about the London Tech Scene

London isn't just a hub for established businesses; it's also a nursery for innovation. Boasting one of the most recognized fintech ecosystems in Europe, attracting billions in investments each year, London's success has made it a go-to destination for startups looking to make their mark. Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning. From healthtech to renewable energy to cybersecurity and beyond, the city's startups are breaking new ground across a range of industries.
