About the Opportunity
As Social Media Lead for Europe, you will be at the forefront of crafting OKX social and cultural presence through impactful concepts and thumb-stopping content. You will lead the global social team towards big ideas, innovative executions with crypto influencers, and help grow our social communities. You will work with social media managers to define our storytelling on social especially across Europe, bring day-to-day posts to life and jam with influencers to figure out how to crack the next big cultural moment.
What You’ll Be Doing

Ideate, oversee and execute social storytelling on X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.

Work with influencers to create socially charged community programs, video content and memes.

Generate interesting influencer briefs and prompts.

Grow and galvanize a community of crypto and OKX evangelists.

Continuously explore new trends to stay ahead of the curve and deliver innovative social content.

Generate strategic framework and copy for brand and product campaigns that bring home our brand's unique tone of voice and distinctive style.

Collaborate with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, align distribution requests and complete tasks.

Create SOPs for effective cross-functional collaboration, resolve conflicts and motivate the team to bring their most creative self to work everyday.
What We Look For In You
-
10+ years of experience in social media and/or brand marketing
-
Previous experience in crypto or web3 and/or deep understanding of its culture and ecosystem
-
Previous experience creating for social media channels X, Instagram, TikTok, Discord
-
Social capital and experience with top creators and influencers in Europe
-
You love and live memes - from classic memes to irl trends, you know whats going on in popular culture
-
You get your dopamine from creative taglines and social first storytelling
-
You have framework thinking and an owner mentality

Strong project management skills
-
Portfolio that demonstrates your strategic, conceptual, and design skills

Proficient in social design tools: Figma, Canva

Exceptional communication skills in English

Problem-solver and flexible to adapt to the ever-evolving climate of social media

Prioritization skills and ability to manage timely social projects and evergreen campaigns
