Our Corporate Communications team connects people to Resmed through strategic storytelling that informs, engages, and inspires action. We’re a collaborative team that values creativity, precision, and purpose—and we shape a voice that resonates with diverse global audiences.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, EU Communications Lead, you’ll bring Resmed’s story to life through social-first, multi-channel communications across the region. You’ll uncover great stories, create engaging social and digital content for B2B and B2C audiences, and partner with internal teams and agencies to amplify our voice in timely, relevant ways.
Let’s talk about the role:
- Own and run the regional content calendar aligned to corporate narratives, regional priorities and global campaigns
- Find great stories across the business and turn them into high-impact social content (copy + short-form video)
- Enable employee advocacy and executive storytelling with toolkits and ready-to-share content
- Coordinate creator/influencer activity with internal partners and agencies to extend reach beyond owned channels
- Support events and campaigns with social moments, highlights and recaps
- Track performance, support social listening, and help manage approvals across clinical, legal, regulatory and compliance stakeholders
Let’s talk about the you:
- 3+ years’ experience in social media, content, or communications
- Understanding of influencer or creator marketing, including campaign coordination
- Experience in healthcare, technology, or global organizations
- Proficiency in short-form video production or editing (e.g., Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Strong writing and editing skills for brand or corporate social content
- Experience managing social content calendars
- Knowledge of major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X)
- Basic Analytics and reporting experience
- Fluent English
