About the Role

Mindvalley is seeking a Social Media Content Producer, a creative mind who lives and breathes digital storytelling. You’ll be the crucial link between strategic vision and executional excellence: transforming stage talks, podcasts, and thought-leadership content into highly engaging social media content, campaigns and video briefs that perform natively across platforms.

You’re not just a planner, you’re a translator of ideas into scroll-stopping stories. You understand the nuances of short-form content, the emotional beats of a great narrative, and the technical rhythms of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

You will collaborate closely with strategists, editors, and creators to ensure every piece of content that leaves our studio feels intentional, on-brand, and designed to drive connection.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Production & Campaign Ideation
  • Develop and pitch social-first concepts for Mindvalley’s stage talks, podcasts, and key launches.

  • Translate strategic direction into creative production plans and content calendars.

  • Identify emerging content trends, hooks, and formats that align with Mindvalley’s mission and audience.

2. Content Breakdown & Briefing
  • Watch, analyse, and dissect long-form recordings (talks, podcast episodes, interviews) into compelling short-form content opportunities. Effectively producing ‘paper edits’ for editors to follow with a clear and detailed outcome in any given brief.

  • Write clear, creative briefs for editors that include narrative structure, emotional tone, captioning guidance, and visual direction.

  • Ensure briefs communicate why a piece matters, not just what to cut.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as the connective tissue between strategists and editors, ensuring the intent of strategy translates into execution that performs.

  • Work closely with copywriters, thumbnail designers, and platform specialists to optimize creative output.

  • Provide editorial feedback and iteration notes to editors to ensure storytelling quality and social resonance.

4. Platform Expertise & Optimization
  • Stay on the pulse of trends in platform algorithms, features, and storytelling norms.

  • Understand the psychology of why people watch, save, share, and comment and bake that into your briefs.

  • Support repurposing strategy across YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and podcast video formats.

Are you a fit?

You are a social media native who instinctively knows what works online. You think in frames, cuts, and captions but also in emotions and audience insights. You can spot the story within the story and turn it into a shareable, high-impact moment.

You’ve worked with video editors, understand pacing, and know how to communicate creative direction clearly. You may have experience as a content producer, creative strategist, or social editor. What matters most is that you can interpret strategy and convert it into brilliant creative output.

Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media, content production, or digital storytelling.

  • Proven experience turning podcasts, interviews, or stage talks into short-form social content.

  • Deep understanding of storytelling structure, narrative beats, and emotional arcs.

  • Strong grasp of platform-specific storytelling (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).

  • Exceptional brief-writing and communication skills — can distill strategy into actionable creative direction.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and feedback loops.

  • Bonus: experience in wellness, transformation, or thought-leadership content.
