You’ll be responsible for planning, producing, publishing, and optimising multimedia content (video, photo, copy, stories, reels, etc.) that supports our broader marketing and communications objectives. You’ll work closely with our internal teams, marketing, design, strategy, and product—to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing goals and campaign cycles
  • Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Film, photograph, and edit short-form and long-form videos
  • Write creative captions, social copy, and post descriptions
  • Stay on top of trends and cultural moments to create reactive, viral-ready content
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contributors to manage approvals and brand alignment
  • Analyse performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on engagement, reach, and other KPIs
  • Manage assets and content libraries for social publishing

Requirements

  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • A deep understanding of social media trends, formats, and audiences
  • Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • A portfolio or examples of past work that demonstrate creativity and platform fluency

Desirable

  • Experience working in a startup, media, lifestyle, or purpose-led brand environment
  • Familiarity with paid social strategies and content performance optimisation
  • Strong personal presence on social platforms (optional but appreciated)
