This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is excited to learn what goes into successfully launching a game in today’s competitive market.

  • Set up new social accounts for new games where necessary.
  • Manage daily interactions across active social media channels, including comments, replies, messages, and general community engagement.
  • Monitor community sentiment and flag significant issues or emerging conversations.
  • Weekly KPI tracking across social + community channels for all games.
  • Monthly social reports covering performance, top-performing content, key learnings, and recommendations.
🚀 What You’ll Gain
  • Direct Game Launch and Post-launch Experience: Own real social channels and calendars for upcoming indie titles, moving social media campaigns from initial concepts to live execution.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work side-by-side with internal art, video, and marketing teams to see how a full-scale game campaign comes together.
  • Real-World Analytics & Reporting: Track weekly KPIs and dive into monthly performance metrics to learn what drives player engagement.
  • Award winning working Culture: Work within one of the 'Best Places To Work' of the industry, for the third year in a row!
