As a values-driven agency, our people are our power. We stay ahead of the game by hiring smart thinkers and giving them back what they put in: through rapid progression, industry-leading benefits and a culture which has been named in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for 8 years running.

We are looking for a Social Listening and Insights Manager with a strong background in social listening and audience research.

This role focuses on understanding audiences in depth, exploring the conversations, communities, behaviours and cultural influences that shape how people think, engage and make decisions.

You'll use social listening, audience intelligence platforms, search data and community research to uncover insights, trends and opportunities that inform social and channel strategies, content development and creative campaigns.

You'll go beyond surface-level data, investigating online communities, identifying audience motivations and cultural tensions, and translating findings into clear, actionable insights that creative, content and strategy teams can build on.

The role also covers social and digital channel audits, competitor analysis and content performance research, helping brands understand where and how to connect with their audiences.

You'll work across B2B and B2C brands in sectors including finance, technology, ecommerce, travel and hospitality, collaborating closely with our Audience Strategy Lead and wider creative, content and client teams.

  • Monitor emerging trends, content formats, platforms and online communities relevant to clients
  • Analyse social content and campaign performance to inform future content and channel recommendations
  • Develop insight-led presentations and research findings for internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with the Audience Strategy Lead and wider teams on pitches, campaigns and strategic projects
