  • Surface performance insights to inform future creative and strategic direction
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all published social work

  • Liaise directly with clients on social campaign status, approvals, insights, and optimisation recommendations
  • Track performance and feedback learnings to continuously improve outputs
  • Stay close to platform updates, trends, and competitor activity — using them to proactively suggest new ideas
  • Support the Social Director in campaign research, new business decks, and reporting frameworks
  • Contribute to case studies, team showcases, and internal show-and-tells to elevate visibility of social work
  • Ensure all assets delivered follow the agency’s quality standards and creative benchmarks

About You

You live and breathe social — from reactive trends to structured campaigns, you know how to bring ideas to life with speed, flair, and impact. You’re execution-obsessed, highly organised, and love turning strategy into scroll-stopping content that delivers for clients.

You’re a natural team leader, able to manage people and projects simultaneously while keeping creativity high and deadlines tight. Whether briefing creators, building content calendars, or jumping into a comment section, you’re the one holding it all together and pushing it forward.

You can confidently report on results, optimise performance, and spot what’s working (or not) in real-time — all while managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike.

You have at least 4+ years’ experience working in social roles (agency or brand-side), with hands-on experience across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Experience working with influencers, community management, or leading cross-channel campaigns is a strong plus.
