Reports to: Brand & Content Manager

Purpose: You’ll own our social media as a channel. That includes creating original concepts, managing our community, driving our influencer strategy forward and reporting your progress back to the business, all under the direction of our Brand & Content Manager, who leads the umbrella creative strategy.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Content & Storytelling

  • You’ll be given direction and support from our Brand & Content Manager to translate the season’s broader creative themes into platform-specific, socially native campaigns.
  • You’ll give input on original concepts, campaigns and storytelling tailored to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest), with scope to expand to new platforms as they become relevant.

Community

  • You’ll own and personally manage community engagement, comments, and DMs, engaging in proactive conversations and growing advocacy from our community.
  • Manage the organisation and uploading of the weekly story schedule across our social platforms.
  • Work within the social calendar, which is owned by the Brand & Content Manager, to plan and deliver what's needed (including but not excluded to iPhone shoots, paid collaborations and mood content).
  • Track brand tags, catalogues assets, and maintains the UGC library.
  • Manage the Dash Social platform.

Influencer Strategy

  • You’ll own influencer strategy end to end: identifying relevant creators, building relationships and negotiating paid collaborations.
  • Oversee outreach volume and process, working alongside our Social, Production & PR coordinator.
  • Collaborate with the paid social team, sharing all new assets in good time.
  • You’ll report back to the business on ROI.

Reporting

  • You’ll own social reporting: performance, engagement trends, and the impact of influencer activity.

What Success Looks Like

  • You’ll be a naturally hands-on executor; working with our Brand & Content Manager to fulfil a busy calendar.
  • Platform-specific storytelling and posting cadence will be reliably consistent and proactively managed, driven by a clear calendar rather than leftover campaign content.
  • Community engagement will have a defined tone, and conversations will be proactive, not just reactive.
  • The influencer strategy will run as a well organised system. There’ll be clear criteria for who gets approached or gifted, an assured negotiation process, and ROI will be reported as standard.

Soft Skills

  • Must be able to work well independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent communication skills, able to provide clear direction and leadership on creative concepts visually and verbally
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of a fast paced business
