Key Responsibilities:


Sales Targets & Goals

•Build growth plans for key customers and prospects, to expand our reach and revenue, and proactively generate pipeline against these plans

•Achieve and surpass sales targets specific to the social, content and creator solutions.

•Continuously refine sales strategies in response to market feedback and performance metrics.


Sales Support & Enablement

•Provide specialised knowledge during sales pitches, demos, and client meetings, emphasizing the advantages of our SaaS and content solutions to drive full funnel impact

•Collaborate with core sales teams to identify opportunities and tailor presentations to potential clients' specific needs.


Market Insights & Feedback

•Continuously monitor the social media and creator marketing landscape to identify emerging trends and competitive threats.

•Relay insights to both sales and product teams, suggesting adjustments in sales strategies or product enhancements.


Client Engagement & Relationship Building

•Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges in the realm of social media and creator marketing.

•Organise and lead client workshops showcasing the value proposition of content and SaaS solutions, defined against their specific brand goals

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years focusing on social media or creator marketing.
  • Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and an understanding of the digital marketing landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to foster meaningful client relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Full permit to work in the UK
