About the Role

We’re looking for a creative thinker who understands how ideas travel in culture.

Someone who knows that the most powerful work today often starts in earned media, spreads through social, and lives through communities, creators and conversations.

This role sits within our PR & Influence creative team — one of the largest creative departments in the UK PR industry — working across some of the world’s most recognised brands.

You’ll help shape ideas that are designed to earn attention, built for social and influence, and capable of showing up across multiple platforms.

Sometimes that means big cultural moments.
Sometimes it means smart, fast, internet-native ideas that travel further than budgets suggest.

We’re looking for someone who can generate bold thinking, collaborate across disciplines, and help push our work to unexpected places.

You’ll work alongside strategists, creatives, influencer specialists, producers and clients to develop ideas that people want to talk about, share and participate in.

This role also plays a part in shaping the creative culture of the team — encouraging curiosity, collaboration and braver thinking.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop earned-first creative ideas designed to travel through culture, social and influence

  • Turn insights into work that gets people talking — from reactive moments to long-term platforms

  • Collaborate with strategists to shape inspiring, culturally sharp briefs

  • Work across disciplines with creatives, makers, designers, producers and technologists

  • Help evolve ideas across channels including PR, creators, social platforms and brand experiences

  • Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities

  • Help push our work to be braver, smarter and more culturally relevant

  • Support and inspire the creative team around you

  • Bring fresh thinking into the agency — from emerging platforms to new creative formats

What You Might Bring

We’re less interested in rigid career paths and more interested in how you think.

You might currently be working in PR, social, advertising, creator marketing or somewhere in between.

You might have led teams, or you might simply be someone others naturally turn to for ideas.

What matters most is that you:

  • Think earned-first and understand how ideas spread through culture

  • Are fluent in social platforms, creators and internet culture

  • Have a portfolio of ideas that show creative thinking and strategic instinct

  • Know how to develop work that can live across multiple platforms and formats

  • Are curious about emerging technologies, formats and creative possibilities

  • Enjoy collaborating with people from different disciplines

  • Care about making work that earns attention — not just media spend

We’d Especially Love If You
  • Have a strong understanding of communities, subcultures and online behaviour

  • Enjoy turning cultural moments into creative opportunities

  • Can move comfortably between big ideas and fast-turnaround creativity

  • Like helping others develop their thinking and craft

  • Bring energy, perspective and new ways of looking at briefs

Our Clients

You’ll work across a diverse roster of global brands including Google, Lego, Coca-Cola, TK Maxx, Muller, Canon to name a few.

About the Team

Our PR, Social & Influence team brings together strategists, creatives, influencer specialists and cultural thinkers to create ideas designed to earn attention.

We believe the most powerful ideas today are built with culture, not around it — shaped by communities, creators and conversations.

As part of the wider Ogilvy network, we collaborate closely with teams across Advertising, Experience and Consulting, giving us the ability to take ideas further — from earned moments to integrated global campaigns.

Whether creating reactive cultural ideas or building long-term brand platforms, we focus on one thing above all else: work people actually want to talk about.

Top U.K. companies like Hoptin, Moneybox and Marshmallow have already made the city their base — yet fintech is just the beginning.
