About Pubity Group

Pubity Group reaches over 300 million people across Pubity, Memezar, Film Seal, Dad Says Jokes, Fluffy and Zar. Our Studio is the creative engine behind how brands show up in that world, making content that earns its place in feeds rather than interrupting them.

The role

We're hiring a Social Activation Director to lead the team that ensures our branded content delivers for our audience & partners.

You'll sit between our commercial and social functions, managing a global team and owning how Pubity Group shows up as a creative partner to brands.

What you'll do

Drive performance

  • Own branded content performance across Pubity Group's pages.

  • Keep quality high on behalf of the content team, push new formats and placements in partnership with editorial, stay informed about what's performing and why and then use that to shape what gets made.

Lead and develop a global team

  • Build a Social Activation team that delivers insights, creativity and results at a consistently high level across time zones.

  • Set clear goals for every team member, own their development and build the processes and tools that let them operate independently.

Educate the commercial function

  • Run weekly branded campaign feedback sessions with your team; monthly sessions with the wider commercial function.

  • Keep editorial and commercial aligned on what's working, what's changing and what's next.

  • Work with the data team to turn performance signals into the next generation of branded products.

Own commercial integration

  • Manage the Ad Calendar and workflows across the commercial function, ensuring ad policies are respected and deadlines are met.

  • Work closely with Brand Strategy and Show Development to sharpen what we take to market.

About you

You've led social or branded content teams. You know what makes content perform at scale, not just creatively but strategically and you can translate that into clear direction. You're as comfortable presenting performance data as you are giving creative feedback in a production context and you build trust across functions and time zones.

What you bring

  • You have a deep understanding of what drives performance on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, for both branded and editorial content.

  • You can read data critically and turn it into actionable creative and commercial direction.

  • You have a proven track record of building and leading creative teams across time zones.

  • You set clear goals, give direct feedback and create accountability without micromanaging.

  • You have experience managing content pages or accounts at scale.

  • You are comfortable working alongside sales and client services, fluent in both creative and commercial.

  • You have experience running campaign reporting and performance reviews for brand partners.

  • You brief clearly, present confidently and write in a way people actually read.

  • You have experience building knowledge-sharing functions, including training sessions, performance debriefs and feedback frameworks.

We are determined to create a diverse group at all levels of our company and we welcome all members of the community to apply for openings with us. As a leading Gen-Z social publisher, we have a powerful global platform to better represent our audience and enable those that do not have equal opportunities to have their voices heard.
