Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Junior Social Media Specialist (6 Months FTC) to be based in London, UK.

 

Your role is to build online advocacy for Red Bull in the UK. You will communicate with British consumers via social media, building product & brand love with both new & existing consumers.

 

You live and breathe social media. You will build an army of fans with a mix of insight-led content creation, community management and reactive engagement.

Build Fandom

Develop engagement strategies that turn followers into fans and product advocates

Deepen the emotional connection between consumers & Red Bull in the UK

Foster a proactive community of Red Bull brand & product advocates in the UK

Community Management

Embody the Red Bull tone of voice & brand personality online

Respond with wit, positivity & human emotion to consumers

Surprise & delight consumers with creativity, bespoke activations & Red Bull product

Manage the logistics of product delivery in a compliant way

Reporting & Insights

Understand how the internet feels & speaks about Red Bull in the UK

Develop insight-led approaches to encourage internet conversation

Report on the performance of community management activity

Drive an uptick in engagement on both Red Bull and consumer channels

Content Creation

Create viral and creative social media content for our brand & product

Deliver best in class social media performance and audience impact

Ensure all output abides by company brand guidelines

Platform Growth

Grow social media platforms through strategic publishing

Driving views, engagement & follower growth with UK consumers

Qualifications

Proven success in increasing engagement from high reach social media (= millions of followers)

Proven success in producing viral social media content (= millions of views)

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills.
