About the Role
We are looking for a charismatic, commercially driven SMS Sales Manager to join our messaging business. This is a high-impact role combining deep A2P SMS trading expertise with building commercial traction for our emerging silent authentication product line.

What You Will Do

A2P SMS Trading & Revenue Growth
•    Accelerate growth of the messaging services unit, taking full ownership of the SMS top and bottom line for your account portfolio
•    Dynamically negotiate SMS commercial terms with aggregators, operators, and enterprise clients to maximise margin/volume.
•    Work with Commercial Operations to evaluate providers, test routes, and identify top destinations.
•    Source niche SMS providers to fill coverage gaps and improve delivery rates in key markets.
•    Develop innovative trading models to secure sustainable revenue streams and competitive differentiation.
•    Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Silent Authentication & Mobile Identity

As we build commercial traction for our silent authentication, this role will be pivotal in bridging our SMS relationships into the emerging network API space:

    •    Engage enterprise clients seeking to replace SMS OTP with SIM-based silent authentication.
    •    Leverage operator relationships to support MNO commercial discussions for TS.43 enablement.
    •    Articulate the value of silent authentication to both technical and commercial buyers.
    •    Identify cross-sell opportunities where SMS clients can supplement or migrate to silent auth.
    •    Feed market intelligence on pricing, buyer appetite, and competitor positioning to the product team.

What we are looking for

    Essential
    •    Minimum 3 years in sales or trading within messaging or wholesale telecoms.
    •    Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
    •    Strong network across aggregators, MNOs, and enterprise messaging buyers.
    •    Deep commercial understanding of A2P SMS routing, pricing, and interconnect dynamics.
    •    Excellent negotiation skills; experience closing complex, multi-party deals.
    •    Strong written and spoken English; high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

    Advantageous
    •    Familiarity with mobile identity, network APIs, or GSMA Open Gateway (Number Verify, SIM Swap, TS.43 silent authentication).
    •    A technical background or the ability to confidently speak the language of technology — understanding API integrations, authentication protocols, and network infrastructure well enough to engage credibly with technical buyers and internal product teams.
