With the Aareon Property Management System, based on intelligent software solutions, the company enables the efficient management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties and creates digital experiences for all stakeholders.

As a reliable and innovative partner, Aareon is committed to progress, positive change and sustainable living and working spaces for everyone.

The opportunity

Help small and medium-sized customers get more value from Fixflo, strengthen long-term relationships and identify opportunities to grow their use of our products and services. As an SMB Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 500 customers, combining proactive relationship management with a structured, data-led approach to support retention and sustainable revenue growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Build trusted, proactive relationships across your customer portfolio and establish a regular engagement cadence.
  • Understand each customer's goals, operational challenges and current use of Fixflo, then connect relevant solutions to measurable outcomes.
  • Identify and progress upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Fixflo's product and service portfolio, including AI-enabled and contractor management solutions.
  • Lead value-led account reviews, product conversations, commercial proposals and negotiations through to close.
  • Improve product adoption and engagement by working with customers, the Fixflo Academy and Customer Success team.
  • Identify retention risks early, understand the underlying cause and coordinate an appropriate plan to reduce churn or down-sell.
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in Salesforce, including customer activity, opportunities, contract updates, renewal context and agreed next steps.
  • Use portfolio data to prioritise activity, manage pipeline and deliver against retention and growth targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product and Professional Services to deliver strong customer outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, customer success or consultative sales, ideally in a software or technology-led business.
  • A natural ability to build rapport, establish trust and develop collaborative customer relationships.
  • Confidence running discovery conversations, presenting solutions, handling objections and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • A value-led approach that starts with the customer's goals and links recommendations to clear operational or commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to protect customer relationships while identifying sustainable growth opportunities.
  • A structured and persistent approach to managing a high-volume portfolio and progressing multiple opportunities at the same time.
  • Good attention to detail and a consistent approach to follow-up, forecasting and record keeping.
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management platform.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work from the London office as part of a hybrid working arrangement.

Great to have, but not essential

  • A customer-focused, commercially minded approach.
  • A proactive, accountable and data-led way of working.
  • A collaborative, curious and adaptable mindset.
  • An organised and resilient approach to priorities and customer engagement.

You don't need to tick every box. If you have relevant transferable experience and are excited by the opportunity, we'd still love to hear from you.

What you'll get in return

Alongside an OTE of up to £62,000 per year (£37,500 basic salary plus commission) and hybrid working, Aareon UK offers a great range of benefits, including:

  • 5% matched pension
  • Private medical insurance after probation
  • Life assurance at 4x salary
  • £26 monthly broadband allowance
  • 2 paid volunteering days each year
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Option to buy or sell annual leave
  • Cycle to Work and car salary sacrifice schemes

Everyone is welcome

We're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Aareon values diversity and welcomes applications from people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives. If you require reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know so we can support you.

Ready to make an impact?
