Supervise internal metering operatives on the United Utilities contract, coordinating work from assignment through completion. Manage schedules, workstreams, client requirements, reporting, service levels, safety procedures, and customer communications. Provide technical guidance, resolve on-site issues, support cost-effective delivery, and maintain business and client database systems while contributing to commercial performance.
Based at our Office in Worsley depot you will be responsible for Supervising and managing the internal metering operatives working as part of the United Utilities Metering contract. Working to meet the needs of the client in the most cost-effective manner, whilst working with your team and making a profit for Network Plus. You will provide technical expertise, experience and work within a team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.
The Supervisor will ideally be competent on working on the United Utilities Network and have experience of working on the UU Metering contract.

- Take ownership of each workstream, coordinating the work from receipt, through to job completion.
- To ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner.
- To provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved.
- To provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change.
- To ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures
